Jazmine was raised and born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pam, Jazmine's mother, is a former back-up singer of Philadelphia International Records. At the age of five, old, her father got a position as a curator for The city's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family moved into the historical landmark.
